I have been on vacation and gone through the Memorial Day Holiday and gone a couple lunch/dinner outings. Although I have not followed 100% I have tried to apply principles my best. I am not at all unhappy with a 1 pound weight gain over this last month. I am just trying to stay around 172 throughout the summer...hoping that this will give me room to enjoy myself and the relaxation that summer can bring. I will start again around the 15th of September and push to loose that last 10 to 12 pounds. I will record my food everyday as I have and will still apply weight watchers as a WAY OF LIFE...going to see how well I can maintain this weight!!!
172.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
