I'm in the 200's!!! Barely, but am in the 200's. I have not been under 300 in probably a year. So, in 8 weeks, I have lost a total of 27#'s. I'm ok with that. That's averaging a little more than 3#'s a week. Not bad. I stalled for almost two weeks though. I have still got to figure out the damn water!!! That's one of my biggest struggles. That and trying to find the "perfect" fat, protein, carb ratio for my body. It's tough, but I will get it. Keep on keeping on...
