IvannaBLean's Journal, 24 March 2014

I strayed while life put me through the ringer. My step daughter has been doing meth, heroine and bath salts!!@!!! I go to college full time, and have high standards for myself. I make straight A's in spite of the fact that my unemployment will run out in a few months and all the drama with my step daughter.
We have been through a lot with her Asburgers, ADD, and severe depression. She has been to the hospital for attempted suicide and drinking binges in the past. We threw her out of the house when she would not go to rehab, but then we found her by pure chance lying on bags of soil in front of a busy retail store. She was stoned out of her mind and we took her to the hospital to recover. She promises to go to rehab now, and seems humbled by her bad experiences of being homeless for a few days.
This is so hard to deal with and I just have to eat when my stomach is churning over all this stress. Usually it is starch that I crave at these times, like a flour tortilla or bread with butter. I am also struggling with low thyroid, don't think my dose is right yet. I feel like my weight is stuck but I see the doctor today and hopefully I can stick to a program while my step daughter gets her life together.
