1200 Calories's Journal, 18 September 2021

Slowly shedding the pounds. It seems like 2 per month. Nothing really new. Seems I just need to stick to 1200 calories or less and moving more.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
