Weighed in today. Have lost 1 pound. While this might not seem like much, it was difficult to attain. I'm really not overly heavy, just have a bit of a gut growing, so a pound at a time is great for now.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
