I've come to a plateau.. it's a lot harder keeping the weight off then getting to the goal.

Suddenly I'm starting to crave all these sweets when I've never really had a sweet tooth before..

Is it possible to have the fat that is slowly being burned off of me..is slowly producing these cravings? haha just a thought. Anyway, I've slipped a few times in my diet but nothing that i can't pick myself up from with a few good hours of exercise. Still have a way to go though...
