Drinking more water this week. lost 1lb. I feel good. The weather needs to cooperate. Rainy yesterday, cold today. I'll try and get out and run 5 miles tomorrow.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
