well I forgot to get pics of tonight's dinner. But we had our leftover Heart Of Palm Lasagna tonight and we add a low carb Cheesey bread made from Thin Slim Food zero carb Pizza crust. wasn't too bad. Anyway, I'm still hovering around the 253-255 mark, seem to plateaued. Keeping my eyes on the goal though. I guess I could get my lazy butt outside and start walking some... might do that when the Summer heat starts to taper down to Autumn temps...
