I am maintaining and not losing...but, I see where I can improve....being more consistent with the calorie intake and just a bit more on the exercising would work. It is not during the day that I have issues, but at night after income home from work. So, some habits will have to be broken. I am sticking with the squat challenge even though I accidentally removed myself from it! It is nice to see no weight gain, and I knew the last 8 will be hard, just didn't realize how hard!
