no progress ..but I did ate less this week and got bloated , it could be that?.. should stop chugging beer in social occasions and stick to water or wine , clearly it hasn't made me very chatty on the last attempts to socialize so why am I adding unnecessary calories there no need , need to get back in control.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
