Ok.. so I've been gaining more than I need to be these past few weeks. Just took me a while to figure that out. I was adjusting my weigh-ins down based on what I thought was water weight, etc... Anyway, today I'm at 165.4 and I'm happy with that. Cutting back 200kcal a day for a total of 3000kcal, so that should lower my gain rate by .5 lb every two weeks. Still on track with my bulk and have seven weeks left. We'll see what happens with that, although I may start the cut earlier. I've already put on 10/11 lbs in the past month and a half.

Clothes are getting tight, and so I may have to buy some larger sizes or pull out old stuff.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
