I have no idea how this happened. Diet and exercise still on point. I did change from nightshift to a permanent day position this week, so idk.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wouldn’t stress too much ❤️ Your body is adjusting and weight can fluctuate a lot throughout the week. I bet over the course of the month (as long as you’re consistent), you will see a downward trend. I used to weigh daily and sometimes my weight would fluctuate by up to 4 lbs from one day to the next! But I would still be down overall over time. Focus on consistency and staying hydrated. ☺️
