Started to track more things than just calories on MyFitnessPal.com

I think that is helping out. I helps me keep track of sodium, fat and other things besides just points or calories. We'll see how week two goes. So far haven't been hungry and can use ordinary food I already have.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
