Trying to vary lower and higher calorie days along with longer periods of fasting mixed in. Also much more active with basement project. It's own stairmaster program. Only a little change but in the correct direction. Better than nothing. Trying to stay accountable and develop a lifestyle I will actually live.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
