Post surgery weight. pretty happy with that because I have just had my hysterectomy 2 weeks ago and surgery weight was actually another 1.7kg up on that. plus, I have been lying in bed, so the body is working hard healing. all in all, it's ok. really focusing on a high quality vegetarian diet again. my iron intake doesn't need to be so much of a concern anymore. Woohoo.
232.1 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
