I feel like this should be lower because I was way under on my calories yesterday. But I really didn't exercise at all... I think I really need to up my movement to see my numbers go down. Going forward I'm doing a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise a day. Better than nothing and a start right? Small gain's like this is what has made me fall off the wagon previously. I just get discouraged and frustrated really fast when I don't see results and I'm really trying. Let's do this!! All the clothes in my closet miss me lol Go team!! 💗🙏

Personally, I think "10 minutes of exercise" is correct. ▽<|b✨ However, what is important in exercise is "do not get injured, do not overdo it" Instead of muscle pain, "If you feel pain from the immediate vicinity of your joints and the pain lasts for a long time, please suspend your exercise habits." Let's go slowly.✨ ▽°|ノシ

Thank you, ヤママユガ! Probably to some 10 minutes seems like nothing but compared to last year when I was on dialysis before my transplants it's huge! I realized today I can now hand wash all my dishes at once. Just last year I'd have to take about 4 breaks to get them all done I was so sick. It's the little things 🙏💗 Go team!!
