assorted meat, jelly fish, bell pepper, chicken, celery, blue cheese dip, gravy (2tablespoons ??? might have given me lots of net cards :()
162.9 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
