Ive went to the gym every day this week, it feels good to know that I have made progress to make it every single day so far. It isn't easy but I must get this weight off of me. My little goals are at least 3 pounds a week. Some may think this is a lot but I think it okay for my weight and height.

When I go to the gym, Im only good at doing cardio. I hear a lot of rumors that I would need to tone also but not really good at using the machines. Any tips???
262.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
