1213 kcal Fat: 29.79g | Prot: 54.50g | Carb: 191.74g.   Breakfast: 100% Pure Florida Orange Juice, Bananas, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), cheerios. Lunch: cole slaw, miracle whip light, arnold select sandwich thins, farmland honey ham, Deli Style Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese, Sweet Freedom No Sugar Added Fudge Lites. Dinner: Signature Sundaes Peanut Butter Cup Sundae, smart ones classic favorites creamy rigatoni. Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt, almonds. more...
