540 calorie elliptical run to start the day. Blood pressure is already starting to come down too. Getting up early blows, but it’s the only place I can fit a workout into my day for now.
255.3 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
