Yahhh. Barely in the 160 range. 169.8 but I'll take it. Over a year ago when I lost weight, I was running every day. I sat a a plateau at 170 without dropping for a long time then started dropping again. This time is so much easier and I am not running everyday. Eating only whole foods, no grains, low carb, high healthy fats and moderate proteins is definitely what is right for my body.
