Man...I think it's carbs, definitely. I need to cut back or out the refined white bread, pastas, etc. Oy. I need more leafy greens, more agua, more healthy cereals for dessert (and less ice cream). It just seems that no matter how much good food I put into the house, I always end up eating the bad stuff by the end of the week. I'm not giving up, though, I'm going to perserve. 150lbs will be mine in a year's time. ;^)

I ate a lot of bread, pasta a starches and felt just heavier all the time and bloated. So I detoxed for 3 days and started fresh. I stay away from bread now and treat myself to a little bit of potatoes here and there. Fries are definitely my weakness. But I am doing good and balancing it all. Just keep your goal in mind ALWAYS! You can do this!!! new day, NEW START!

I hear ya! I'm trying to eat more salads myself. First couple of days all I did was eat a Smart Ones dinner for every meal. LOL To lazy to fix my own stuff. Now I'm branching out and my new favorite salad has ranch and salsa on it! Its so yummy! You will so those 150's in no time!
