Today I have reached my plateau weight. This is the number I have hit so many times in the last year and get stuck. The difference this time is that I have my thyroid medication working with me and drinking 96 oz of water a day. Hope I can bust through 140 to my goal!!!
140.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
