Ate steak dinner at a local steak house on Sunday. Tried to watch what I ate, but I know that they probably use salt in their cooking, plus I had a roll (so good!) with cinnamon butter, and ate peanuts in the shell. So probably more calories than I needed. On Monday, back to my normal eating.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
