I did find out my treadmill speed is off...Plus, it varies as I walk for some reason...I guess 'cause it's an old treadmill...When I have it set at 3 mph, it ranges from 3.3-3.7 mph, mostly staying near the high range...so I've been walking faster and further than I thought I was :)

Off to the hot tub now so I'm not too sore to walk tomorrow :)
258.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
