Messed up with the Vienna Finger binge. However, drank 96oz of water. Keeping water intake up will be the biggest challenge for me. Gotta pee all the time!
142.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
