It's been a while since I've updated this, but here goes! Things are going great, and I've been steadily losing a little weight here and there over the past few weeks. Mostly, each week is I lose about 0.4 lbs, but I lose 0.7 lbs of body fat and gain 0.3 lbs of muscle, which I am MORE than okay with! I'm going to be finishing up Focus T25 soon, and I'll post before and after pictures then!!
