A week of counting calories really showed me how unhealthy my healthy eating is. Thank goodness I am seeing more of the real calorie content of the food I am eating.
208.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1588 kcal Fat: 54.88g | Prot: 67.52g | Carb: 194.05g.   Breakfast: Non Dairy Creamer, Sugar in the Raw, 50/50 Omega-3 Butter Blend, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Old Fashioned Oats. Lunch: chik-fil-a diet lemonade, chik-fil-a cool caesar wrap. Dinner: onion rings, shrimp, riesling. Snacks/Other: caramel topping, Cake Batter Ice Cream (Love It). more...
