For breakfast - omelet, chicken, tuna and 1 spoon of rice.
For lunch - salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi and radish.
I had 1 cup of coffee
165.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
