weight taken tuesday at 5:45 pm .....

not much to record as of yet, same breakfast as the last few days, still getting used to making breakfast everyday, cut back on the sugar in my coffee in the morning,and also cut out the french vanilla whitener and changed to 1% milk.... again this is taking some getting used to, but I am sure it will all be good.
331.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
