I ate tuna and shalon sashimi / squid (about 100g each).. a spoonful of rice and 1 cup bean sprouts. Some nuts for snak. Coffee cup and tuna + wheat break for dinner.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 27.8 lb a week
