Seeing the scale go down is always a good start to the day!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Heck yes it is!! I am afraid to step on the scale this week as I was sick 3 days and that meant no work outs.
