The effort is beginning to payoff. Yesterday, while everyone at work was enjoying ice cream cake for a birthday celebration, I just said, "No, thank you." It is a tough challenge to change the way we eat and live but all the advice is available on every package and carton of food we buy. If you only eat 2000 calories per day and exercise just a little, you will be able to control your weight. I am living proof.

Although I have restricted my caloric intake to manage a weight loss program, I know that I can level out when I reach my target weight of 200#s. It is also Biblical: "All things in moderation."

It ain't easy, but it does work!
215.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
