So I guess I have a kidney stone. I'm on vicodin and am drinking a ginormous amount of water. I'm guessing that's why my weight jumped up a couple of lbs overnight.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb. Still to go: 28.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 14.0 lb a week

Yeah that would do it! I've had kidney stones before too! I hope you can pass it without any kind of procedure. I had lithotripsy years ago. Those stones can be quite painful. I hope all goes well!
