I had a rest day yesterday. yesterday when I woke up I was 299.0. so I definitely dropped a little. I know my hard work will have results. I'm going to weight train only twice per week. I'll definitely get some cardio in today. nothing to heavy. I'll also try and stay under 1000 cals.
298.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
