Was skeptical about the steak day, but it reset my weight to lowest HCG point. So the question is, is the true weight 165 and the creeping up weight is water, food, waste, etc....? I will still faithfully follow the stabilization....no carbs, no sugar. I have had some small moments, but nothing huge...no pieces of pizza or anything like that.
Working out today..... and possibly tomorrow!
Big test coming....my folks come for the weekend tomorrow.
