Too much overeating the last week or so since my routine was messed up by Reading Week and going home for my bf's birthday. Getting back into the routine today!
185.3 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 March 2011:
1377 kcal Fat: 44.56g | Prot: 91.78g | Carb: 155.27g.   Breakfast: oasis, whole frozen strawberries, finesse, 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla. Lunch: ketchup, extra lean ground beef, old cheddar, hot sauce, deli world light rye, pc 3 cheese ranch, orange pepper, large egg. Dinner: 1% fat milk, on track. Snacks/Other: Blue Menu Chewy Marshmallow and Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, sprite, tap water. more...
