Exercise, stress, eating less calories and some diet supplements 🤷🏼‍♀️ getting closer to my goal of my pre-pregnancy weight, and then we start again to new goals!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
