i feel good after my bike ride to knaphill.3.1m in 16min. I need to loose weight and stop this cycle of lack of exercise, eating late and outing on weight.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
