This past week has been a very very busy week for me and I struggled to even get a workout in. I have 2 memberships -- one at my place of employment and then Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness is 24/7 and yet, I was only able to make it there ONE TIME last week and I worked out at my job two days last week.

And yet, I was able to lose another pound! (happy, happy, happy!)
218.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
