Had a really great weekend. I did ALL my scheduled workouts plus more each day. I have been staying on track with my eating. I have consistently been netting at least -500 calories per day. I am slowing starting to see the body transformation that I want, but not the weight loss. I need to just figure out that this is my body type and I would rather have a toned body at 147ish then a flabby coach potato body at 160.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
