Damn you Locldown #5 🤬

Back to a more rigorous diet for me
182.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No One Has The Right To Judge Your Lockdown Weight Gain Cannboys!!!😕 I can help you though, easily lose that weight by cutting these two things out of your diet: Breakfast and dinner. 😄

Far out. I’m in vic too. Got down to 61kg last year and since being locked down over and over I lost every bit of motivation and I’m back over 70kg 🌝

I intermittent fast daily for 18 hours a day it seems to help me anyway
