I can help you though, easily lose that weight by cutting these two things out of your diet:
Breakfast and dinner. 😄

Far out. I’m in vic too. Got down to 61kg last year and since being locked down over and over I lost every bit of motivation and I’m back over 70kg 🌝

I intermittent fast daily for 18 hours a day it seems to help me anyway
