瑜珈居然沒幫我下降,但晚餐有吃了炸雞,所以算扯平,之前可能月經要來,所以很嘴讒,現在要好好克制了!
106.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
