Feb 19th - 146.5 - down .5lb
Feb 26th - 147.5 - up 1lb :(

Determined this week to stay on plan, avoid carbs and make up the increase by next Saturday!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
