I am not trying to lose a lot of weight. I am trying ng to maintain my current weight and lose some belly fat. I am not sureof my current weight but it is close to about 135lbs. I would like to weigh 125 and no more than 130lbs. I have access to a treadmill that I can workout on from three to four times a week, keeping track of burned calories, distance, time, and mph. I usually stay on for only 20 min. Power walking at 4 mph. Today I didn do any exercises yet, maybe I'll do some sit ups later.
