Yet again stayed the same...wine and nibbles next door last night ..first time had wine in months ! still waiting for period tk arrive ..so maybe couldn't blame weight last week !! I don't feel like I've put weight on ..I was rea expecting a loss this week. I had a good day yesterday ..cod and blended soup.
