Started intermittent fasting to see if it helps with my bloating and digestion.
Finally seeing results from my efforts.
Still maintaining a low but healthy kcal intake.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
