It seems the more I exercise the less I want to eat. What is up with that? For the first time in my life, I am having to force myself to eat. It's like I'm afraid to let food control me so I don't want to have to deal with it at all. How can one person have so many issues with something that was made by God to fuel our bodies. I am going to have to come to grips with this and start eating more. The choices I make when I do eat are mostly good ones. I still eat chocolate when I am really stressed, but just a small piece satifies my longing instead of having to eat a lot. I guess I am just confused right now. I want balance in my life.
