yeah!!!!!! finally after weeks of struggling, a wt. loss i'm overjoyed about. cutting back on my carbs and increasing my water intake really seems to have done the trick. today after weigh in i did eat an english muffin w/peanut butter(my fave) and tonight i went out with family and had a burger(i was craving all week, didn't want one without the bun), so now i feel i splurged a little back on track for the rest of the week. this past week i focused on eating protein and veggies(stayed away from starchy veggies) and fruit. i was never hungry, and i had plenty to eat, i just need to watch how many carbs i'm eating i guess, to many in a day-not good! anyway i tried it as an experiment that payed off, hopefully now i have surprised my metabolism and i will have a better wt. loss again next week. i don't expect to lose 4lbs. every week, but this sure was nice since i haven't lost anything significant in weeks now. gave me the boost i needed!
