Synthroid - yes




*did not sleep well; woke up lots; mainly b/c of coughing. didn't want to get up but was ok as soon as I did get up. feel good this morning. was very happy to see the scale drop after just day 1... I know it's mostly water but its ok, I'll take every ounce I can lose :)
332.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
